We want you to love your Boody essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and unworn.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
